Identifying Patterns
An Interactive Clarity & Behavioural Pattern Identification Tool
Constellation has been developed to help women look more closely at their experiences in a structured way that can make possible patterns easier to identify.
It is based on peer-reviewed research that has identified tactics commonly used in different forms of abuse after separation. Constellation is designed to compare the experiences you select with these research-identified tactics and the patterns they can form.
You are confused by what has been happening
Individual behaviours can be difficult to understand when they are experienced separately. Constellation can help you see whether they form patterns and provide information that may help you make sense of what you are experiencing.
You can already see patterns and want to understand the wider picture
Constellation can help you explore how patterns across different areas may relate to one another and whether, when viewed together, they may indicate a wider pattern of Post-Separation Abuse.
You want to know what you can do next
Constellation connects identified patterns to relevant information and practical guidance, giving you direct routes to the parts of Harbour Lights that may be most useful to you.
What you make of your results is entirely up to you.

Closing or refreshing the page clears what you have entered.
Constellation takes around four minutes to complete. Simply select the experiences that apply to you.
When you finish, your results will bring your responses together and show you what patterns, if any, have emerged, what those patterns may mean and where you can go to explore them further.
Nothing you enter is saved or stored. Once you leave or close the results page, your results are permanently deleted.
