01 — What’s Included
What your organisation receives
Constellation and Lumina are delivered online, as a service hosted and maintained by Harbour Lights Community. We set up your organisation’s own version, and your team and the women you support can begin using it straight away.

Your own branded version
Each organisation receives its own version of Constellation and Lumina, carrying your name and logo. Women see your organisation as the source of support, with Harbour Lights providing the tools behind it.

Your own services, built in
Your helplines, services and contact details are included in the results and guides, so every woman who uses the tools is directed back to the support your organisation provides.

A dedicated link, or a place on your website
Constellation can be shared through its own web address, or embedded within your existing website so it sits alongside your current support information.

Secure log-in for your team
Lumina is used by your practitioners through individual, secure log-ins. Your organisation decides who has access, and can add or remove team members at any time.

Always up to date
Content is reviewed against current research and practice, and updates are made centrally. Your organisation always uses the latest version, with notice given before significant changes to wording or content.

How each tool works for the people using it
For the women you support
Constellation
Women use Constellation privately, on their own device, at a time that feels safe for them. No account, log-in or identifying details are required. Her answers stay on the page and are cleared when she closes or refreshes it.
For your practitioners
Lumina
Practitioners log in to Lumina to create a personalised guide with a woman during or after an appointment. Each woman is identified by a reference number rather than her name, and your organisation keeps the link between the two. Practitioners can see which guides she has already received and create new versions as her circumstances change.

Harbour Lights Community manages the technical set-up and ongoing maintenance, while your organisation determines how the tools will fit within your existing services. The process includes configuring your branded versions, reviewing the content with your team and preparing everything for launch.
